A Grappa dedicated to Gaiarine, the place where the historic headquarters of the Bonaventura Maschio distillery was born. For the Bonaventura Maschio family, distillation is a ritual handed down from generation to generation that follows simple and traditional recipes, but still today they have remained current with the passage of time.
A distillate produced with the pomace of white grapes rigorously selected and processed according to the traditional method, and which follows a period of aging in wooden barrels before being bottled; this gives Grappa Gaiarine a natural liveliness and a roundness of absolutely typical and very pleasant taste on the palate.
Excellent grappa to be savored after a meal, but also an excellent meditation distillate to be sipped in total relaxation.

Copper stills; traditional batch distillation for typical grappas; vacuum low-temperature distillation for the Prime Uve line (grape distillates).
Ageing
Maturation in wood barrels/barrique for the Barrique versions and for some Prime Uve (e.g. Prime Uve Nere) — official documentation cites rests and maturations up to 24 months for some labels; non-aged versions have minimum rests indicated in the product sheets (e.g. minimum rest cited for the 903 Tipica).
