Grappa 903 is produced according to the Bonaventura Maschio method, i.e. through a perfect balance of different marcs, distilled in special copper stills. He was born in 1903 and it is therefore easy to understand that it was born precisely as dedication in his honor; Thanks to his talents, Bonaventura gave the distillery a strong entrepreneurial imprint on the art of distillation.
The Barrique version is a grappa that undergoes a long period of aging in wooden barrels before being bottled, which gives it a splendid amber color to the glass and a delicate spicy aroma to the nose, sweetly enriched with notes of ripe fruit.
A quality product which has become one of the symbols of the excellence of the made in Italy distillery. On the palate, it offers a soft and balanced sip, and a lingering taste in the mouth that makes it a perfect end-of-meal but also an excellent meditation distillate to sip in total relaxation.

Copper stills; traditional batch distillation for typical grappas; vacuum low-temperature distillation for the Prime Uve line (grape distillates).

Maturation in wood barrels/barrique for the Barrique versions and for some Prime Uve (e.g. Prime Uve Nere) — official documentation cites rests and maturations up to 24 months for some labels; non-aged versions have minimum rests indicated in the product sheets (e.g. minimum rest cited for the 903 Tipica).
