A distillate with a unique taste that comes from fine white hill grapes carefully selected during the harvest, which takes place only when it is fully ripe.
The grapes are then processed following an exclusive method which involves a distillation performed under vacuum; this allows to guarantee the grappa an original and exclusive aroma of its kind. The derivative is subsequently refined by a period of aging in wooden barrels.
It has a pale straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose it offers elegant floral and fruity notes, delightfully blended with a sweet hint of honey that enhances the scent even more. When tasted it gives the palate a full, aromatic and original taste that you just have to try.
Prime Uve Oro best expresses its organoleptic characteristics in combination with not too seasoned cheeses or savored alone as a meditation grappa.
