The Mercurey Blanc 1er Cru La Cailloute from Domaine Theulot Juillot is a refined and elegant expression of Chardonnay from the renowned Burgundy region in France. This wine is distinguished by its precise origin from the Premier Cru "La Cailloute," known for its limestone soils that impart a particular minerality and a surprising freshness in the glass.

Visually, it presents a light straw-yellow color, indicative of its youth and freshness. On the nose, it offers a complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of white flowers, green apple, and a light touch of vanilla intertwine, derived from the elegant barrel aging.

On the palate, the Mercurey Blanc 1er Cru La Cailloute reveals a balanced and harmonious structure. The vibrant acidity is well-balanced by the creaminess and roundness that the wine acquires during maturation. The finish is long and persistent, with echoes of minerality reflecting the uniqueness of its terroir.

This wine is ideal for accompanying refined fish dishes, seafood, or poultry in creamy sauces. It is also an excellent companion for a special evening or a sophisticated aperitif. With its distinctive character, the Mercurey Blanc 1er Cru La Cailloute is a prestigious choice for white wine lovers seeking something unique and expressive.
