Merlot Trentino DOC is distinguished by its deep red color, with shades reminiscent of ruby. On the nose, it emits intense aromas of ripe red fruits like cherries and plums, enriched by subtle spicy notes and a slight touch of vanilla, resulting from maturation in wooden barriques.

On the palate, the wine is robust yet elegant, with a perfect balance between acidity and soft tannins that make it pleasantly persistent. Its complex structure offers a velvety sensation and a long-lasting taste. It is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately but also has excellent aging potential, thanks to its structure and complexity.

It pairs divinely with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing the various flavor palettes. Ideal for special occasions as well, Merlot Trentino DOC from Cantina Rotaliana presents itself as a classy choice for any wine enthusiast looking to explore the riches of the Trentino terroir.
