Hailing from the renowned Venetian lands, the Metodo Classico Brut Nature Calchèra by La Tordera is a standout in the world of sparkling wines. This product distinguishes itself with its elegance and sophisticated simplicity, born from the careful selection of grapes and a winemaking process that honors the tradition of the classic method sparkling wines.

La Tordera's "Calchèra" undergoes no dosage addition at the time of disgorgement, thus preserving the original purity of the grape variety. Consequently, this Brut Nature is extremely dry, a characteristic that makes it perfect for refined palates seeking authentic and intense gastronomic experiences.

The winemaking process starts with an initial alcoholic fermentation in steel, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle, where the wine rests on the lees for at least 30 months. This prolonged resting period on the lees enriches the "Calchèra" with aromatic complexity, offering hints of fresh bread, citrus, and floral notes.

Visually, the wine presents with fine and persistent bubbles, hinting at its elegance and freshness on the palate. Sharp in taste, it offers a surprising balance between acidity and minerality, ending with a clean and incisive finish.

This Brut Nature sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with raw fish dishes and seafood, enhancing the freshness of the ingredients without overpowering them.

The attention to detail, the care in production, and adherence to sustainable practices make the Metodo Classico Brut Nature Calchèra by La Tordera an authentic expression of the Venetian terroir, a true gem for sparkling wine connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
