Technical information
Producer La Baracca
Format 75 cl
This Mistic’o Red Wine from La Baracca presents an immediate and sincere character: medium ruby color, aromas that recall ripe red fruit and a subtle spicy note that does not overpower. The sip is balanced, medium-bodied, with lively acidity that supports its drinkability and well-integrated tannins that give structure without weighing it down; the sensation is warm but never excessive, with a softness that invites a second glass.

On the palate it is juicy and easy-drinking, showing fruity echoes and a light bitter note that lends freshness to the finish; the persistence is pleasant, focused on hints of sweet spices and a slight salinity. It pairs naturally with traditional dishes: ragù, grilled meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses; advisable to serve at around 16–18 °C to best appreciate its balance and aromas. An everyday red that is truly immediate but not banal.
