The Monbazillac "Jour de Fruit" from Domaine l'Ancienne Cure is a delightful sweet wine from the Bordeaux region, packaged in 375ml bottles. This wine is renowned for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. In winemaking, particular attention is given to the selection of grapes, which are handpicked when they have reached an advanced state of botrytis maturation, a peculiarity that imparts the wine with those honey and candied fruit notes so appreciated by connoisseurs.

Visually, it presents an intense golden color. On the nose, "Jour de Fruit" bursts with vibrantly aromatic aromas of apricot, honey, and subtle hints of citrus. On the palate, the wine is luxuriously sweet but balanced by a fresh acidity that leads to a clean and persistent finish.

This Monbazillac is ideal as an accompaniment to fruit-based desserts, soft cheeses, or foie gras. A true gem from Domaine l'Ancienne Cure that brings the sun of Aquitaine into the air of your cellar.
