The Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru - Les Millandes - Domaine Serafin is born in the heart of the renowned Côte de Nuits, one of the most prestigious areas of Burgundy, famous for its elegant and structured Pinot Noir. The Les Millandes vineyard, classified as Premier Cru, delivers a wine of marked finesse and depth, the result of ideal exposure and terroir rich in limestone and clay.

On the nose, it opens with vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle spicy and slightly earthy notes, typical of this cru. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance between delicacy and silky tannins, revealing a mineral structure and a persistent finish that invites contemplation. The aging takes place in wooden barrels, which confer elegance without overpowering the purity of the grape variety.

Perfect to accompany red meat dishes, game, or aged cheeses, this Morey Saint Denis embodies the essence of Burgundian winemaking knowledge.
