Moscato Giallo Alto Adige DOC by Josef Weger: an aromatic white that shows clear notes of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit on the nose, with herbaceous hints and a light mineral touch. The colour is pale straw, the aromatic profile invites drinking without being overpowering; on the palate there is lively freshness, subtle salinity and a restrained body that eases food pairing, supported by clean acidity and a pleasant, persistent finish.

It works well as an aperitif and with light desserts or fruit-based pastries, and also pairs with delicate fish dishes, fresh cheeses and summer salads. A versatile option for informal occasions; serve well chilled around 8–10 °C in a white wine glass to capture the primary aromas. Suitable for those who enjoy aromatic wines from Alto Adige and seek an easy, immediate drink.
