The Moscato Rosa Dolce DOC from Zeni is a wine-making jewel that comes from the Trentino-Alto Adige region, renowned for its distinctive aromatic profile and the intensity of its flavor. The color is a delicate ruby red with rosy nuances that hint at the richness of the aromas. This sweet wine is famous for its intoxicating scents of rose, lychee, and small red berries, accompanied by delicate spicy notes and a touch of incense.

On the palate, Moscato Rosa Dolce features a balanced sweetness, supported by fresh acidity that makes the sip pleasantly harmonious. Sensations of blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry blend with floral nuances and a light aftertaste of aromatic herbs, creating a unique and memorable tasting experience. Thanks to its moderate alcohol content, it pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts or creamy desserts, but can also be an elegant companion for blue cheeses or foie gras.

The limited production and careful winemaking make the Moscato Rosa Dolce from Zeni a prestigious choice for lovers of sweet wine. This wine can also be considered for special occasions or as a significant gift for enthusiasts of aromatic and unique wines. When serving it, it is recommended to keep it at a temperature around 8-10°C to enhance all its organoleptic qualities.

With its intense and captivating profile, the Moscato Rosa Dolce DOC is a specimen that embodies the excellence and winemaking tradition of Trentino-Alto Adige, offering a rich and satisfying sensory experience.
