The Muller Thurgau Dolomiti IGT from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz represents a fascinating expression of this aromatic grape variety, cultivated in the idyllic altitudinal conditions of the Dolomites. Produced with great care, this wine stands out for its fresh and lively character.

With a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it offers on the nose a delicate and inviting bouquet, full of floral and fruity notes with a predominance of peach and green apple aromas, accompanied by subtle hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing, with a well-balanced acidity that leads to a surprisingly long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Muller Thurgau Dolomiti IGT is also an excellent companion for light fish dishes, fresh salads, and vegetarian dishes. A wine that continues to capture the pure essence of the territory, ideal for those who appreciate sips that tell of mountains and unspoiled nature.

Winery history
Founded as a cooperative in 1919, the winery grew from a base of local members and in 1953 moved its headquarters to Roverè della Luna. Today it brings together approximately 300 local winegrowers and represents over a century of activity tied to viticulture at the border between Trentino and South Tyrol.
Production philosophy
The winery combines respect for the land and for its member growers with an approach that blends tradition and innovation: showcasing local varieties by choosing the most suitable site for each grape variety and producing wines that are distinctive of the territory, including Trentodoc sparkling wines made using the Classic Method.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend over the alluvial cone of Roverè della Luna and across the area between Trentino and South Tyrol, on varied soils at altitudes ranging approximately from 200 to 950 metres. The territory is characterised by the Piana Rotaliana/Valdadige and by pronounced diurnal temperature variations typical of the Dolomites.
