The Nasco di Cagliari DOC "Iselis Bianco" by Argiolas is a white wine that comes from the ancient and rare Nasco vine, a native variety of Sardinia. This wine represents the commitment of Argiolas, one of the most prestigious and innovative wineries on the island, in enhancing and preserving the native Sardinian varieties, contributing to the rediscovery and promotion of lesser-known but of great enological interest vines.

"Iselis Bianco" is part of the line of wines produced by Argiolas dedicated to exploring the potential of pure native varieties, and Nasco di Cagliari DOC is an emblematic example of this philosophy. The winery uses cutting-edge winemaking techniques to enhance the unique characteristics of Nasco, producing a wine that is both a testament to Sardinia's viticultural richness and a modern interpretation of its terroir.

Visually, "Iselis Bianco" presents itself with an intense golden yellow color, which anticipates the complexity and aromatic richness of the wine. On the nose, it offers a fascinating and complex bouquet, with floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom, enriched by nuances of ripe fruit such as peach, apricot and citrus, and touches of honey and sweet spices, which give depth and elegance.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a rich and enveloping structure, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness. The flavors of ripe fruit and floral notes are integrated with a light minerality and delicate spiciness, leading to a long and persistent finish, which leaves a sensation of pleasant complexity and freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, "Iselis Bianco" pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers and fresh cheeses. Its complexity and structure also make it a perfect companion for richer and tastier dishes, demonstrating a versatility that allows you to explore numerous gastronomic combinations.

In conclusion, the Nasco di Cagliari DOC "Iselis Bianco" by Argiolas is a sophisticated and fascinating expression of the Nasco grape variety, which manages to capture the essence of the Sardinian terroir in a wine of great character and personality, offering a tasting experience that combines tradition and innovation, testifying to the oenological excellence and the deep connection with the land that characterize the production of Argiolas.
