Franco Boasso interprets the 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo with an immediate, straightforward wine, of light ruby hue with just a hint of garnet reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of cherry, raspberry and rose petals, accompanied by subtle notes of sweet spice and a gentle earthy vein that underlines its origin. The profile is vertical: fresh acidity and lively but well-defined tannins that give structure without weighing it down. The overall impression is one of restraint and clarity, suited to those looking for a Nebbiolo that is ready to drink yet still characterful.

On the palate it is savory, smooth and moderately saline, with clear fruity echoes and a finish that stays balanced between freshness and the slight bitterness typical of the grape. It pairs well with everyday meals: excellent with mushroom-based first courses, delicately structured risottos, white meats and semi-aged cheeses. Serve around 16–18 °C to appreciate the tannic texture without losing the fragrance; it is a convivial wine that can hold its own alongside simple but well-made dishes.
