The Nebbiolo Langhe DOC from the Bric Cenciurio winery is an exemplary wine that embodies the tradition and terroir of Piedmont. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruit, particularly cherry and raspberry, are distinguished, enriched by hints of violet, spices, and a slight touch of leather, typical of Nebbiolo.

On the palate, it is structured and well-balanced, with fresh acidity and robust yet elegant tannins, promising excellent aging potential. The finish is persistent, with a pleasant return of the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the Nebbiolo Langhe DOC from Bric Cenciurio is a quality choice for those seeking a wine capable of representing the richness and complexity of this prestigious Piedmontese variety.

Winery history
The winery was established by combining family land around the historic vineyard called "Bric Cenciurio". The enterprise was launched in the early 1990s by Franco Pittatore and his brother-in-law Carlo Sacchetto, and is now carried on by their family members, who manage the vineyards in Barolo, Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri.
Production philosophy
Small-scale production: hands-on vineyard care, reduced use of synthetic chemicals, preservation of biodiversity and respect for the natural timing of grape ripening. In the cellar, winemaking techniques that preserve the expressive character of the grape variety and the land are preferred.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquartered in Barolo, with vineyards distributed between the municipality of Barolo and Roero areas such as Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri. The name derives from a historic plot in the Roero, an area characterized by marly soils and microclimates typical of the Langhe and the Roero.
