The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG Jeroboam 2007 by Torraccia is an enological jewel born in the heart of the hills of Piedmont, a land suited for the Nebbiolo grape variety which here expresses all its elegance and complexity. This wine is characterized by a majestic structure, the result of a slow aging in wooden barrels that enrich its aromas and refine its taste. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color that evolves towards garnet hues with aging.

On the nose, aromas of withered rose, cherry liqueur, sweet spices, and a slight balsamic note typical of the Gattinara area are released. On the palate, it is enveloping, with silky tannins and a freshness that supports a long and persistent finish. Perfect with game dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Nebbiolo masterfully tells the unique vocation of its terroir.
