The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2019 in magnum from Torraccia presents a classic variety profile in a sociable format. In the glass it shows a bright garnet color; on the nose come ripe red fruit, faded rose and a slight earthy hint reminiscent of humus and mild tobacco. The palate is supported by lively acidity and present but not aggressive tannins, which create a clear, clean structure. The balance between freshness and tannic frame suggests pleasant persistence and potential to evolve.

Pairs well with grilled red meats, tender game and aged cheeses, and can also be enjoyed with simpler pairings for those who like structured wines. The magnum format favors a more even bottle development and makes it ideal for convivial occasions. Serve around 16–18 °C and consider opening a few hours in advance to fully appreciate the aromas.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
