The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG Riserva 2017 by Torraccia is born in the heart of Piedmont, in the prestigious Gattinara denomination, a territory known for its soils rich in sands and porphyries that give the wine an extraordinary structure and complexity. Obtained from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes, this wine patiently ages in wooden barrels, developing intense and harmonious aromas. On the nose, there are notes of withered rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and hints of tobacco and leather, while on the palate it reveals a enveloping, tannic, and vibrant sip, perfectly balanced by a long persistence. The Riserva 2017 elegantly expresses the soul of the territory, offering freshness and depth. It pairs wonderfully with red meat dishes, braised meats, and aged cheeses, enhancing the nuances of an authentic and characterful wine.

An ideal companion for tasting moments that require intensity and refinement, symbolizing a rooted and respected winemaking tradition.
