Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2015 by Torraccia, presented in Jeroboam format, elegantly expresses the identity of the Piedmontese territory. Produced in the Ghemme area, in the heart of Piedmont, this wine is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, a noble and complex variety, capable of offering intricate structures and intense aromas. The long aging, partly in wooden barrels and partly in the bottle, gives this wine a refined tannic texture and an aromatic balance rich in notes of small red fruits, withered rose, and sweet spices.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, while on the palate it offers a pleasant persistence and a fresh acidity that enhance its drinkability. Perfect to accompany traditional dishes such as braised meats, roasts, or aged cheeses, the Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2015 by Torraccia reveals a sensory experience of great charm, capable of conveying the authentic character of the grape variety and its territory.

Winery history
The company's origins date back to the 1950s, when Pierino Piantavigna planted the first vineyards; it was officially established in 1997 by Alessandro Francoli. Over time ownership and management have evolved to include local family collaborations and an expansion of vineyards and production, while maintaining a focus on the viticultural traditions of the Colline Novaresi.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the territory through careful, low-impact viticulture, prioritizing native grape varieties and practices that bring out the character of the soil and climate. The approach combines respect for local tradition with modern winemaking techniques to produce wines with long aging potential.
