This Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG Riserva 2016 in magnum format offers a measured, complex profile with a bright ruby colour that shifts toward garnet hues. On the nose there are ripe red fruit notes, subtle floral hints and a spicy touch that together form a restrained and layered bouquet. On the palate it shows present yet refined tannins, lively acidity and a saline thread that support a clearly defined persistence, making it suitable for further bottle aging for those who wish to do so.

It pairs with dishes of firm structure, red meats and mature cheeses, and can also accompany mushroom-based preparations or intense sauces. It is recommended to serve at a controlled temperature and to open the bottle a few hours in advance if you prefer to accelerate the development of aromas. The magnum format promotes slow evolution; store in a cool, stable place. Producer: Torraccia. Recommended.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
