The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG Vigna Pelizzane 2017 from Torraccia is a representative of the Ghemme area, recognizable for the structure and elegance typical of Nebbiolo. In the glass it shows an intense ruby color with garnet highlights; on the nose it develops notes of rose petals, cherry and small red fruits, accompanied by spicy hints and light mineral sensations that recall the vineyard's character. The description remains measured and focused on the main organoleptic features, without delving into technical details not provided.

On the palate it displays good structure, present but well-balanced tannins and acidity that supports the flavor progression to a pleasant persistence. It is a red wine with a versatile gastronomic profile: pairs with red meat dishes, braises, roasts and hard cheeses; it also suits traditional Piedmontese preparations. Serve at around 16–18 °C and briefly decant if desired to open the aromas; ideal for those seeking a Nebbiolo expressing territorial character, presented with restraint.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
