Negroamaro vinificato in bianco IGP Maidomo - Tenuta Viglione represents a fascinating and original interpretation of a typical grape variety from Puglia. Cultivated in the calcareous and clay soils of the production area, this Negroamaro is carefully harvested and vinified in white, a choice that enhances its freshness and floral notes, rather than the traditional intensity of red.

The result is a wine with a bright straw color, characterized by delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and slightly iodized nuances, with a vibrant acidity and a clean, harmonious taste. The aging takes place in stainless steel, preserving aromatic purity and ensuring an immediate and satisfying drinkability.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, or grilled vegetables, this white Negroamaro is a delightful surprise for those who want to discover new faces of the Apulian tradition.
