With a deep ruby red color, the Nero d'Avola DOC Ananke reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, enriched by spicy nuances of black pepper and a subtle hint of tobacco and chocolate, resulting from wood maturation. On the palate, the wine is vigorous and well-structured, with robust yet elegant tannins that promise excellent aging potential. The acidity is well-balanced, making this wine extremely harmonious and pleasant on the palate.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barriques, which adds complexity to the wine without overshadowing the primary characteristics of the grape.
