The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesimato Onedis by Piera Martellozzo represents a refined and elegant expression of one of the most appreciated native varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Packaged in MAGNUM format, this sparkling wine is ideal for special occasions, offering an intense and memorable tasting experience.

Produced following the classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, Piera Martellozzo's Ribolla Gialla distinguishes itself with its fine and persistent perlage. The color is a bright yellow with greenish reflections, typical of the Ribolla Gialla variety, which immediately invites tasting.

On the nose, it opens with an aromatic bouquet rich in nuances: from green apple to lemon, passing through hints of almond and white flowers, to more complex touches of toasted bread derived from aging on the lees. This olfactory complexity anticipates an equally intriguing palate, characterized by lively freshness and well-balanced sapidity, culminating in a clean and persistent finish.

The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesimato is an excellent aperitif, but thanks to its versatility, it can splendidly accompany a variety of dishes, from delicate fish and seafood preparations to risottos and white meats.

We recommend serving it well chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees, to fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic nuances. In MAGNUM format, it is perfect for sharing the pleasure of tasting with friends and family during celebrations and gatherings, always guaranteeing an impression of great elegance.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
