The Passerina IGT from Tenuta Ulisse is a white wine whose grape variety is indicated in the name. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it opens with nuances of white-fleshed fruit, peach and pear, accompanied by fresher notes of citrus and white flowers. The overall impression is discreet and linear, with aromas that suggest immediate drinkability without excess. The aromatic intensity remains moderate, offering a sense of lightness and delicacy that makes it suitable for various occasions.

On the palate it confirms a clear character: light body and good acidity, with a saline texture that supports the sip and echoes the fruity sensations perceived on the nose. The persistence is pleasant and the finish leans towards citrus and saline references. It is best enjoyed young, ideal with seafood starters, simply prepared fish dishes and salads, but also with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables or as a wine for aperitif. Serve cool, avoiding temperatures that are too low so as not to suppress the aromas.
