The wine opens with notes of citrus, white flowers and light hints of white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a mineral tone that gives structure without dominance. On the palate it displays good freshness and tension, with a balance between acidity and salinity; the finish is persistent but discreet. The approach is respectful of the raw material, with a recognizable yet contained character suitable for various occasions.
