The Pecorino IGT from Cesaroni is a white wine that focuses on varietal expression without artifices, light elegance. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections; on the nose it opens to scents of white flowers, delicate aromatic herbs and citrus notes, accompanied by a fruity background recalling white peach and apple. The olfactory progression remains clear and offers a balance between freshness and body, with a slightly savory finish that invites another sip.

On the palate it confirms drinkability and pleasantness, with a fresh texture and an acidity that supports the fruit; the finish is clean and of good persistence without excess. It pairs simply with not overly structured fish dishes, salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve cool but not ice-cold to appreciate the aromas. Store away from heat sources and consume young to maintain aromatic liveliness.
