The Rosso Piceno DOC from Cesaroni presents as an approachable red wine with a vivid ruby color and an aromatic profile recalling ripe red fruits, floral notes and subtle spice hints. On the palate it shows a balanced structure, soft tannins and a freshness that supports the sip without being intrusive; the finish is clean and of good persistence, suitable for everyday drinking and to accompany simple meals.

Serve at around 16–18 °C, in not overly large glasses to highlight the aromas. It pairs easily with tomato-based pasta dishes, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, as well as grilled vegetables. Store in a cool, dark place; once opened, consume the bottle within a few days to best appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.
