Born in the hills of Piave, the Malanotte DOCG 2011 from Casa Roma is a red wine of rare elegance, the result of the Raboso Piave grape variety. The long maturation, followed by aging in wood, gives structure and complexity to the sip, with soft and well-integrated tannins. On the nose, intense notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a subtle balsamic touch can be perceived. On the palate, a perfect balance emerges between freshness and robust body, with a persistent and enveloping finish. Ideal paired with roasted meats and aged cheeses, it fully expresses the character of the Veneto territory.
