The Pignoletto Frizzante DOC from Galassi shows a fine, lively perlage and a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it offers a straightforward aromatic texture, dominated by notes of green apple, white flowers and a subtle citrus hint that does not overpower the freshness; the profile remains simple but well defined, inviting the sip with grace and immediacy. Best enjoyed young to preserve its vivacity.

On the palate it is lean and lively: the acidity is balanced by softness, the bubbles support the palate without weighing it down and leave a pleasant sapidity that invites the next glass. An easy-drinking wine, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood starters, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it also suits mildly flavored fish dishes. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to preserve the delicacy of the aromas. A thoughtful everyday choice, perfect when you’re looking for a straightforward sparkling wine with an easy, expressive character.
