Kettmeir "Athesis" Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC presents a crisp, luminous profile, typical of a contemporary reading of the grape. On the nose there are clean notes of apple and pear, delicate floral hints and a light citrus streak that does not overpower the fruit. Minerality comes through as a common thread, giving the sip sustained freshness and a balance that avoids harsh edges.

On the palate it is lean yet present: well-balanced acidity, a slightly soft texture and a savory mineral note that carries the wine to a pleasant finish. It is a versatile Pinot Bianco, suitable both for an aperitif and for seafood dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses, where its aromatic-structural clarity brings harmony without dominating. Served chilled, it best expresses its everyday elegance and its ability to accompany the table with discretion and class.
