Josef Weger's Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC is a white wine that highlights the clarity and precision many enthusiasts associate with this origin. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with greenish reflections; on the nose it opens with a restrained, fragrant profile, with notes of white flowers, apple and ripe pear, accompanied by citrus hints and a slight mineral sensation. On the palate it is fresh and saline, with balanced acidity that supports the body without overpowering it.

Light to medium in structure, it offers ready drinkability and a clean, persistent finish, making it versatile for food pairings. It pairs well with fish and shellfish, vegetable-based starters, salads and fresh cheeses; it is also suited to delicate cuisines where aromatic balance is important. Serve at a moderately cool temperature to appreciate its finesse and the linear character typical of a Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige DOC.
