The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz is a wine that enchants the palate with its elegance and freshness. Produced in the lush vineyards of Alto Adige, this white wine is the result of a perfect combination of alpine climate and rich soil, which help to express the distinctive character and typical finesse of Pinot Bianco.

This wine presents itself with a delicate straw-yellow color, almost crystalline. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic bouquet reminiscent of green apple, pear, along with floral notes and sweet almond nuances that are typical of this varietal. On the palate, Roveré della Luna Aichholz's Pinot Bianco is lively and balanced, with a well-integrated acidity that makes it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes, from seafood cuisine to chicken and light vegetable preparations.

This wine represents a true expression of the Alto Adige territory, ideal for those seeking a white wine capable of combining complexity and drinkability. Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz is known for its dedication to quality and this Pinot Bianco is a clear example. Perfect to be enjoyed young, but also surprising after a few years of bottle aging.

Winery history
Founded as a cooperative in 1919, the winery grew from a base of local members and in 1953 moved its headquarters to Roverè della Luna. Today it brings together approximately 300 local winegrowers and represents over a century of activity tied to viticulture at the border between Trentino and South Tyrol.
Production philosophy
The winery combines respect for the land and for its member growers with an approach that blends tradition and innovation: showcasing local varieties by choosing the most suitable site for each grape variety and producing wines that are distinctive of the territory, including Trentodoc sparkling wines made using the Classic Method.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend over the alluvial cone of Roverè della Luna and across the area between Trentino and South Tyrol, on varied soils at altitudes ranging approximately from 200 to 950 metres. The territory is characterised by the Piana Rotaliana/Valdadige and by pronounced diurnal temperature variations typical of the Dolomites.
