The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Platt&Riegl - Girlan is born in the heart of the Dolomites, one of the most renowned areas in northern Italy for high-quality viticulture. This wine best expresses the elegant and fresh character of the Pinot Bianco grape, grown in vineyards located on porphyry and limestone soils, which provide minerality and a refined structure. The winemaking involves a fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel, preserving aromatic integrity and freshness.
In the glass, it presents a bright straw color, accompanied by delicate aromas of green apple, white flowers, and light citrus notes. The sip is balanced, soft, and fragrant, with a pleasant sapidity that enhances its drinkability.
