Brusa offers a Pinot Bianco Rubicone IGT with a sober, elegant profile, where the aromatic structure favors clarity over complexity and invites tasting. On the nose there are hints of white-fleshed fruit and delicate flowers, with clean citrus accents that don’t overpower; the palate is well balanced, marked by lively freshness and restrained softness that supports the wine’s medium body. Salinity emerges on the mid-palate, giving drive and a pleasant persistence that leaves the palate clean.

It’s a versatile white, suitable both for an aperitif and for light dishes: poached or grilled fish, shellfish, seafood salads and fresh cheeses are well complemented by its controlled acidity. Serve slightly chilled, around 10–12 °C, to highlight the liveliness and finer aromas; it presents itself as a smart everyday choice for those seeking balance and purity in the sip without excess.
