On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with a lively acidity that contributes to a pleasant aromatic persistence.

The Roveré della Luna Aichholz Winery, located in the heart of Alto Adige, is renowned for producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of this area. The cultivation of the vineyards at mid-altitude imparts the Pinot Grigio with characteristic freshness and minerality, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, and Asian cuisine.

The controlled maturation in stainless steel tanks preserves the organoleptic qualities of the grape variety, ensuring an authentic and refined tasting experience for the consumer. A wine that is sure to satisfy lovers of Pinot Grigio seeking a high-quality product that is representative of the Alto Adige region.

Today it brings together approximately 300 local winegrowers and represents over a century of activity tied to viticulture at the border between Trentino and South Tyrol.

The vineyards extend over the alluvial cone of Roverè della Luna and across the area between Trentino and South Tyrol, on varied soils at altitudes ranging approximately from 200 to 950 metres. The territory is characterised by the Piana Rotaliana/Valdadige and by pronounced diurnal temperature variations typical of the Dolomites.
