The Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC Porer by Alois Lageder is born in the heart of the Dolomites, one of the most prestigious regions for viticulture in Italy. This label enhances the Pinot Grigio grape grown on morainic soils, which give the wine distinctive minerality and freshness. After a controlled temperature fermentation and partial aging in steel, the Porer presents itself with a bright straw color and intense aromas of white flowers, ripe apples, and a delicate citrus touch.

On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports the structure and leaves a long savory persistence. Its elegance makes it perfect to accompany light appetizers, fish and vegetable dishes, but it is also suitable for a moment of solo tasting to appreciate its finesse. A Pinot Grigio that expresses the unique character of Alto Adige, between tradition and modernity.

Terroir and vineyards
