Pinot Grigio Collio DOC from Dario Raccaro shows a bright appearance, light straw color, and an aromatic profile appreciated for its purity and finesse. In the glass there are aromas of ripe pear, white flowers and a streak of fresh citrus that intertwines with a mineral hint; the sip is immediate but measured, dominated by vibrant freshness and a salinity that supports the drinkability without weighing it down. The body is medium, well balanced, with a tension that sustains the persistence and leaves a slightly almondy note on the finish.

Versatile at the table, it finds natural companions in seafood dishes, shellfish and seasonal appetizers, but it also holds its own alongside light pastas and white meats; it is also a good aperitif wine for those who prefer purity and finesse. Serve chilled, around 8-10 °C, to highlight the aromatic aspects and the liveliness of the sip. A bottle that expresses the dry, direct character of the Collio without excess.
