The Pinot Nero DOC Barthenau Vigna S. Urbano from Tenuta J.Hofstatter presents an elegant, restrained profile. On the nose there are small red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, floral nuances and a discreet hint of spice; the olfactory picture remains fresh and harmonious. On the palate it shows a fine texture, polished tannins and acidity that supports the drinking experience, with a medium-length finish that echoes the initial fruity notes. Its structure is contained yet well-defined, suited to those who appreciate refined, unfussy wines.

Serve slightly chilled, around 14-16 °C, to capture its olfactory delicacy. It pairs easily with white meat dishes, gently cured charcuterie, mushroom-based dishes and soft cheeses; it also works as a table wine for those seeking finesse and drinkability. Store in a cool, light-protected place and consume within a timeframe appropriate to personal preferences. Opening the bottle a few minutes beforehand helps release subtler aromas.
