The Pinot Noir Riserva "Vigna Das Langefeld" DOC by Pfitscher is one of the highest and most refined expressions of Pinot Noir produced by the Pfitscher winery, located in Alto Adige, a region which, due to its particular climate and the composition of its soils, offers the ideal conditions for the cultivation of this noble vine. This wine comes from "Das Langefeld", one of Pfitscher's best vineyards, where attention to detail in vineyard management and the careful use of sustainable practices allow for the highest quality Pinot Noir grapes.

The "Vigna Das Langefeld" Reserve is the result of a meticulous selection of the best grapes, hand-picked in the most advanced stages of maturation to guarantee an optimal concentration of flavors and aromas. The winemaking takes place with the utmost care to preserve the varietal characteristics and the expression of the terroir. After fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barriques, a process that not only enriches the wine with complexity and aromatic nuances, but also refines its tannic structure, giving it elegance and aging capacity.

Visually, the "Vigna Das Langefeld" presents itself with a deep ruby red color, with garnet nuances that testify to its richness. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and seductive, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and wild strawberries, enriched by accents of spices, undergrowth and an elegant touch of toasted wood, which adds depth without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates remarkable elegance and finesse, with silky and well-integrated tannins supporting a medium body and balanced structure. The acidity is lively and contributes to the general freshness of the sip, while the flavors of red fruit and the spicy and balsamic notes intertwine in a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant minerality.

Ideal in combination with red meat dishes, game, mushrooms and mature cheeses, Pfitscher's Pinot Noir Riserva "Vigna Das Langefeld" DOC is a wine that stands out for its ability to combine the varietal typicality of Pinot Noir with the uniqueness of the Alto Adige terroir, offering a high-level tasting experience that reflects the oenological excellence of the Pfitscher winery.
