Color Rosé
The Pinot Nero Rosé Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz shows a pale, luminous pink colour with salmon reflections. On the nose it reveals delicate aromas of wild strawberry, rose petals and subtle herbaceous notes, supported by a fresh acidity that sustains drinkability. The palate is slender and balanced, with a clean, slightly saline finish that invites another sip. The acidity is lively but well integrated with the fruit; the light structure gives good aromatic persistence without weighing it down. An uncomplicated wine that emphasizes freshness.

It pairs easily with fish dishes, summer salads, light starters and mildly seasoned white meats; it is also suitable as an aperitif. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in a large glass to appreciate its aromas. It is suited to informal occasions such as picnics, brunches and light dinners; pairs well with fresh cheeses and shellfish preparations. Store in a cool place and drink preferably young to enjoy its vivacity. Ideal for those seeking a fresh, versatile and immediately pleasant rosé.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
