The Pinot Nero from Borgo dei Posseri is born in the enchanting territory of Pinot Nero - Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, a dedicated area characterized by altitude and temperature variation that give the grapes a unique elegance. This prized grape variety, carefully cultivated in vineyards located among the mountains, expresses here a refined personality, the result of a terroir that combines freshness and minerality.

The aging, conducted with care in oak barrels, allows the wine to develop complex and harmonious aromas, intertwining scents of small red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with delicate spicy and slightly smoky notes. On the palate it is balanced, fresh, with soft tannins and a pleasant persistence that invites another sip.

An excellent companion for mushroom risottos, white meats, and soft cheeses, this Pinot Nero is a true ambassador of its land, able to elegantly tell the viticultural story of the Dolomites and Borgo dei Posseri. A perfect choice for those seeking a wine that combines character and finesse in a harmonious and enveloping sip.
