Rosso dei Posseri - Merlot Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT - Borgo dei Posseri is a Merlot that embodies the perfect synthesis between the international grape variety and the uniqueness of the Dolomites territory. Grown in high-altitude vineyards, it benefits from significant temperature variations that give the fruit a vibrant freshness and a distinctive aromatic complexity. The IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti designation highlights a dedicated area, where the alpine climate and mineral-rich soils grant the wine a harmonious structure and particular elegance.

After careful fermentation and skillful aging, often in oak barrels, this Merlot shows an intense ruby color, enriched by fruity aromas of cherry, plum, and notes of sweet spices that blend with balsamic memories and light hints of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with silky tannins that ensure longevity together with a pleasantly persistent and fresh finish.

Ideal to pair with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, Rosso dei Posseri is an elegant and refined expression of mountain Merlot, capable of surprising those who seek quality and terroir in every sip.
