The production follows the traditional green must method, meaning the distillation takes place before the must is fully fermented, thus maintaining a rich presence of residual sugars that give the pisco a natural sweetness and a very intense aromatic complexity. On the nose, delicate floral, citrus, and exotic fruit notes emerge, accompanied by herbaceous and honey scents that testify to the freshness and quality of the Italia grape.
On the palate, it is balanced, with a soft and enveloping texture, elegant persistence, and a slightly aromatic and spicy finish. Ideal to be enjoyed neat, it is also suitable for innovative cocktails, enhancing dishes from Peruvian cuisine as well as seafood and shellfish preparations.
