The Pouilly-Fumé Terres Blanches - Du Bouchot is born in the famous Loire region, a territory dedicated to the production of elegant and mineral white wines. This wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a variety that here expresses its typicality to the fullest, thanks to a terroir rich in calcareous-clay marl, which imparts nobility and structure. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place with temperature control to preserve freshness and primary aromas; the aging is carried out in steel, thus enhancing purity and varietal transparency.

In the glass, the Pouilly-Fumé Terres Blanches is characterized by its bright and shiny straw color. The bouquet is intense and complex, with notes of citrus, wildflowers, and a subtle smoky hint that gives elegance and depth. On the palate it is fresh, vibrant, with well-balanced acidity and a persistent finish where a pleasant minerality typical of the territory emerges.

Perfect paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and sautéed vegetable dishes, this Pouilly-Fumé gracefully accompanies moments of conviviality and refinement.
