Principe G. BIO by Spadafora is born in one of the most renowned areas of Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate and volcanic soils give the grape variety a distinctive personality. This organic wine, produced with sustainable methods, best expresses the qualities of the territory through a careful selection of local grapes. The aging is carefully managed to enhance the balance between structure and freshness, with aromatic hints reminiscent of ripe red fruit and light spicy notes.

In the glass, it presents a clear and bright color, while on the nose it releases intense and complex aromas, which are harmoniously found on the palate, supported by soft tannins and a persistent finish.
