The Prosecco Cuvee Extra Dry from Montelvini is an excellent expression of the Veneto region, offering a refined and balanced sip, perfect for any special occasion. This Prosecco is produced with hand-picked Glera grapes, a sign of deep respect for tradition and for the environment that distinguishes the Erede di Montelvini winery.

The winemaking process strictly follows traditional methods, with the second fermentation occurring in closed containers to preserve the freshness and fineness of the bubbles, a distinctive element of this sparkling wine. The color is a bright pale straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage that invites tasting.

On the nose, the Prosecco Cuvee Extra Dry from Montelvini displays a delicate bouquet, characterized by aromas of green apple, pear, floral notes of wisteria, and slight hints of bread crust, derived from the brief contact with the yeasts. In the mouth, the wine reveals itself to be balanced and harmonious, with a sweetness well counterbalanced by lively acidity, leading to a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Prosecco beautifully pairs with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and shellfish, but can also be an excellent companion throughout the meal, thanks to its versatility and ability to enhance flavors. The perfect choice for those looking for a wine that combines tradition and pleasure, capable of transforming every toast into an unforgettable moment.
