Light and inviting, the Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Torresella presents a fragrant, immediate profile: white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a hint of aromatic herbs that don’t overpower. The effervescence is fine, the perlage delicate and continuous, and the impression on the nose foreshadows a balanced sip, where the residual sweetness is well balanced by lively freshness. The body remains slim, suitable for those seeking pleasure without heaviness, and reflects a spontaneous, approachable style that emphasizes drinkability.

On the palate it confirms itself as smooth and soft, with a pleasant savoriness that supports the drinking experience and invites a second glass; the finish is agreeable but not demanding. It is naturally suited to aperitifs, fish-based starters, simple preparations and light desserts: it enhances delicate dishes without overpowering them. It is also a good base for light wine-based cocktails. Serve well chilled and choose a glass that preserves the liveliness of the bubbles.
