The Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry signed Santa Margherita shows an immediate and pleasant profile: fine, lively perlage supports a nimble sip, with a fresh and slightly rounded texture. On the nose there are floral and fruity hints, balanced by a subtle salinity that gives lift; on the palate the residual sweetness is well integrated with the freshness and lightness, for a genteel and harmonious balance.

On tasting, the wine's energy invites drinking it young and at a cool temperature to catch its delicate persistence and aromatic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies raw seafood and seafood starters, light first courses and savory pies, and stands up to mildly spiced dishes without overwhelming the palate. The structure, though modest, delivers a persistence that invites a second glass; it is also enjoyable with delicate risottos and lightly sweet desserts. Served in a flute it preserves the liveliness of the bubbles and its drinkability, making it suitable for both informal moments and small convivial gatherings.
