The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut - Brunei - Magnum by La Tordera is an excellent expression of the Venetian winemaking tradition, capturing the essence of Glera grapes cultivated on the picturesque hills of Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat method, which preserves the freshness and fruity aroma of the grapes, resulting in a wine of great elegance and finesse.

Presented in an impressive Magnum bottle, Brunei stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, which dances in the glass revealing straw-yellow reflections with slight greenish hues. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, where one can recognize fruity notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, enriched with slight floral nuances of wisteria and acacia.

On the palate, La Tordera’s Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut expresses an impeccable balance between lively acidity and a discreet softness, making it extremely drinkable and pleasant. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a harmonious aftertaste that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Prosecco Superiore pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, raw fish, and seafood dishes. Its elegance and the Magnum format make it ideal for celebrations and special occasions, where it can be shared and enjoyed in company.

La Tordera, a winery that places a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental respect, produces this Prosecco while respecting the biodiversity of the territory and using responsible viticulture practices, ensuring not only the quality of the wine but also its positive impact on nature.
